Snow White returns to Cambridge for Christmas!
We are delighted to announce that our adaptation of Snow White will be at Cambridge Junction for the run up to Christmas 2025.
In this re-telling of the classic Grimm’s fairy tale you can join our charmingly cheerful heroine as she escapes her hilariously homicidal stepmother with help from a bunch of feisty woods-dwelling, banjo-strumming, washboard-wearing vegans. This rustic romp affirms the belief that even the most evil deserve a chance at redemption.
The cast features some much loved members of the NIE ensemble who audiences will recognise from previous NIE shows at Cambridge Junction. We are also delighted to welcome Megan Vaughan-Thomas, who will be performing in her first NIE show in the role of Snow White
NIE’s Co-Artistic Director, and Director of Snow White, Alex Byrne, said: “We are delighted to be returning to Cambridge Junction, our UK base, with Snow White this Christmas – this will be the seventh time we’ve performed here over the festive season and its great to be coming back with another show.
Snow White is a story about jealousy and love and how we come to value ourselves. It’s full of comedy songs and original music, and we can’t wait to share our retelling of this classic fairy tale with our audiences in Cambridge.”
The show will run from Thursday 4th December to Wednesday 24th December 2025, with dedicated performances for school and community groups.
