NIE is looking for a Producer to join our UK Cambridge-based team.

NIE is looking for an Executive Director to lead the UK company and ensure we continue to create world-class theatre which champions work for and with young people. You will lead on financial management, business planning and
fundraising. Flexible working policy applies to this role.

We are searching for new board members with a local connection to our UK base in Cambridgeshire and Fenland,  OR who have a particular strength and experience in Fundraising, Creative industries or Education.

Experience of working with a charity or cultural organisation before joining the board is not essential as training will be provided.
