Introducing…
Abayomi Oniyide – Hansel
Abayomi is an Actor who graduated in Drama & Physical Theatre from St Mary’s University in 2017. He has appeared in numerous stage productions with New International Encounter such as Snow Queen (2022) Macbeth (2023) and Hamlet (2023). Abayomi is also an active Producer in a production company called Walk With Walker.
Samantha Sutherland – Witch
With NIE – Snow White (Polka Theatre) Beauty and the Beast (Tobacco Factory, New York) Snow Queen (The Junction, Tobacco Factory and Film). Theatre credits include – Rapunzel (The Egg) Emilia (Vaudeville) 84 Charing Cross Road (Cambridge Arts Theatre) The Recruiting Officer (Salisbury Playhouse) Arabian Nights (Watermill) Oliver Twist (Bolton Octagon) Falcon’s Malteser (New Old Friends).

Stefanie Mueller – Gretel & Production Designer
Born in Switzerland, Stefanie studied at the International Theatre School Jaques Lecoq in Paris. She was Artistic Associate of Hoipolloi Theatre for 25 years working as an actress, director & set-designer. TV includes: The Crown; War of the Worlds 2, Killing Eve, and Homeland. Recent theatre work includes: The Snow Queen & Snow White with NIE; Factory of the Future, We Know Not What We May Be and Love Letters with Metis Arts; Unconditional with ThisEgg. David Osmond – Nigel & Associate Musical Director
David trained at Rose Bruford College. He has performed with many companies over the years, such as the RSC, National Theatre, Young Vic, Sheffield Crucible, ETT, Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory, and the Watermill. Most recent credits include The Tempest (RSC) and Love From A Stranger (Theatre Royal, Nottingham). Hansel and Gretel marks David’s NIE debut.
Martin Bonger – Nicholas
Martin is a Bristol based theatre maker, whose work includes The Collision of Things, Fat Man, Messenger and This Crossing. He is a collaborator with Simon Day and together they made Keepers, There Shall be Fireworks & Engine Break. He regularly creates work with other theatre companies including Green Ginger, Pins and Needles, NIE and Complicité. He has worked on a number of radio 4 plays including the upcoming second series of the vampire drama English Rose.
