We’re excited to look back on an incredible 2025/26 – including the start of our birthday celebrations!

This year, we returned to New York’s New Victory Theater, produced 2 Christmas shows, performed to 22,300+ people and delivered creative workshops to over 500 children.

Our key achievements included:

•  – Reaching an audience of over 11,900, with our production of Snow White across the UK and USA.
•  – Touring Hamlet, a Shakespeare in a Suitcase production and reaching new audiences across the country and award   nominations
•  – Creating Snow Mice, a new co-production with The Egg, Theatre Royal Bath
•  – Receiving the support of an Arts Council National Lottery Project Grant, to extend our Tales; Once Upon a Timeproject and tour until Autumn 2027
•  – Providing significant talent development opportunities, including our Board Bursary scheme and subsidised and free artist development workshops.
•  – NIE turning 25 – a significant milestone for the company!

The 2025/26 year has once again demonstrated the extraordinary breadth, creativity and ambition of NIE’s work…it has been wonderful to see stories reaching such a wide range of audiences and participants.
